Soy protein isolate is a highly concentrated and bioavailable protein with higher protein concentration than soy protein concentrate. Soy protein is obtained from defatted soy flour, which is prepared by the removal of carbohydrate, fat, and fiber from soybeans. The soy protein is extracted, precipitated, washed, neutralized, and dried into a powder form.
