Soy Protein Isolate
Soy protein isolate is a highly concentrated and bioavailable protein with higher protein concentration than soy protein concentrate. Soy protein is obtained from defatted soy ﬂour, which is prepared by the removal of carbohydrate, fat, and ﬁber from soybeans. The soy protein is extracted, precipitated, washed, neutralized, and dried into a powder form.
