Corn Bran

Corn bran is derived from the high-fiber bran layer of yellow corn (Zea mays). Whole corn is harvested and after the bran is separated from the rest of the kernel, the corn bran is ground and roasted. It serves as a natural source of water-insoluble dietary fiber.
