Soy protein concentrate is a bioavailable plant protein obtained from high quality, non-genetically modified soybeans. Once the soy beans have been selected and cleaned, most of the carbohydrate and fat is removed resulting in soy flour that is then water washed, neutralized, and dried into a powder form.
