Polyglycerol dioleate

Polyglycerol dioleate is a viscous liquid made from oleic acid, a naturally occurring fatty acid found in vegetable oil.

Polyglycerol dioleate is used as a solubility enhancer. It increases solubility of ingredients in oils. When it is used along with glyceryl palmitostearate, polyglycerol dioleate increases the bioavailability of Coenzyme Q10.
