Weight loss and healthy weight maintenance is a major health concern. This study was designed to test the effectiveness of a soy formula diet, calorie restriction, food diaries, behavior modification, and classroom support on weight loss efforts.

What did the study find?

Balanced foods, food diaries, and behavior modification appear to be the most successful combination for successful weight loss.
