Carrot Powder

Carrot powder is prepared from freshly harvested carrots (Daucuscarota) that have been washed and gently dehydrated. The dried carrots are ground into a fine powder and used as a natural source of dietary fiber, flavor, and color.

Health Benefits

Carrot is a good source of beta-carotene, an antioxidant and provitamin A, which can be converted to Vitamin A in the body.1-3 See Vitamin A/beta-carotene for further health benefits.
